Innovative Construction Group, LLC, otherwise known as ICG Homes, is a customer-oriented building company whose management comes with more than 30 years of industry experience. The company builds homes in all price ranges in targeted North Carolina cities and towns. ICG was founded with a mission of assembling a team of individuals with extensive knowledge, experience, and abilities to provide homes with innovative designs, superior quality, intricate trim details, and most of all, exceptional customer satisfaction. The ICG team embodies this mission daily by creating beautiful, well-built homes, and by their ongoing quest to offer fresh ideas and appealing new home features.
While building speculative new homes in communities throughout the Triangle, ICG also works with clients to custom design and build their homes. The ICG team recognizes that purchasing a home can potentially be a stressful situation; they therefore work diligently to make each home building experience relaxed and enjoyable for everyone involved.
Ryan Perry, CEO
On a personal note, ICG Homes CEO Ryan Perry was born and raised in Zebulon, North Carolina. He was educated in Eastern Wake County Public Schools, working in tobacco fields alongside his father throughout his early years. Ryan went on to obtain undergraduate and graduate degrees with honors from East Carolina University. He entered the home building industry in 1997, obtaining numerous industry awards and accolades along the way, such as MAME, STAR, and Parade of Homes Awards, as well as the coveted Home Builder of the Year Award by the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Raleigh-Wake County, and an elite 40 Under 40 Leadership Award by Triangle Business Journal.
Ryan has served on the Zebulon Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the HBA of Raleigh-Wake County Board of Directors, the HBA of Raleigh-Wake County Parade of Homes Committee, and he has chaired various other HBA councils and committees. Additionally, Ryan has originated and organized various charitable events, raising in excess of $150,000. Ryan is currently a member of the Business Advisory Council for the College of Business of his alma mater, East Carolina University.
Ryan and his wife Shana reside in Wake County, along with their two children.
